"May be small but perfectly formed" A tiny, but comfortable cottage in the heart of Holt. A beautifully fitted kitchen occupies the end wall of the single downstairs room, complete with a small wine fridge - how civilised! A piano, charming though it is,takes up a lot of the small space and makes watching telly a bit crick necked. I wish we were able to play as that would have made up for it! Upstairs a very comfy bedroom with a lovely cottage window that overlooks Budgen's car park. This sounds terrible but believe me it is far from it as sipping early morning tea watching the good people of Holt trying to park proved riveting! Also upstairs is a really top notch shower. I can imagine in the summer the small outside space at the front of the cottage would be a wonderful place to sit and share some wine (from the wine fridge of course!) 8 Carpenters Cottage is near everything from Pubs, restaurants and Holts famous shops!
